Actually, that two year old 32 GB iPhone starts at €539 here. But I’m clearly talking about new iPhones continually increasing in price. And the reality is at a certain point value doesn’t depends on who’s asking. €50 toilet roll is €50 toilet roll, and a new LCD phone that starts at almost €900 starts at almost €900. Shareholders, apologists, people with a lot of money and Apple bloggers—very few other people defend these price increases. It’s telling that Apple execs are all multi-millionaires. I’m not denying Apple make good hardware, I’m just pointing an awareness to the reality of new iPhones continually increasing in price.

I wonder how Facebook might change if execs also got prison time, in addition to these fines.

Tested 14" MBP in store and find it too thick at the front, as I've used MBA since 2012. Currently have MBA 2015 with SD Card slot. Want a thin and light, but want built-in SD Card port (important: built-in). FWP, but it's a pain in the ass Apple won't bring SD Card back to MBA like they are with MBP. They are bringing back MagSafe, but they should bring back SD Card and stop gimping their machines. MPB should be 2X everything MBA, but both machines should have same port variety for those users who love the thinner form factor and don't need 3X USB-4 ports and the additional power, fans and cooling a 1.5-2X speed machine would require.

Darn, my 2015 Air has an SD Card slot. Apple, ffs, add SD Card (MagSafe and headphone jack). Make MBA great again.

First things first: dongles are the worst. If MBA gets no SD Card I would be forced into buying a more powerful, thicker, heavier, more expensive machine I don't want with less web browsing battery life than my current 2015 MBA (new battery).

So I'd have less ports and worse web browsing battery life than my then 7 year old MBA. Seriously.

In addition to an Apple Watch a less useful ring makes no sense.

Say what you want about Elon (Tesla cars have many design problems), but he's gotten more done in Twitter in two weeks than the previous leadership did in a few years. Wouldn't bet against him.

As someone who’s exclusively in the Apple ecosystem of products making iMessage work with Android makes my life better. Improves my UX and out of the box experience to no end. iPhones should win by being better devices, having this cross-compatibility out of the box helps achieve that. No-ports Schiller wrong again.

For me gaming with dice and cards in my opportunity to get away from technology.
